Judith Miller brings extensive experience in healthcare management, nursing leadership, and performance assessment. Prior to joining Galloway Consulting, she served as senior vice president for patient care services at a major northeastern academic medical center, where she instituted a program of interdisciplinary teams to create a healthy work environment and improve patient outcomes. Ms. Miller has published and spoken frequently on work redesign and leadership competencies necessary for the future.
