Sarah is a professional Registered Nurse with 25+ years of clinical and management experience within healthcare systems. She has successfully led stabilization of clinical operations and care coordination in existing healthcare facilities across the U.S. and effectively designed Clinical/Quality operational infrastructure at new start-up companies and newly acquired hospitals. This includes implementing processes for healthcare facilities that were and are facing fiscal decline, or regulatory sanctions. She has vast experience working with the Board, senior leadership, physician leaders, and staff designing new processes that create stability, compliance and fiscal responsibility for operations. She positively aligns business metrics and clinical improvement processes to obtain margin success and patient safety.
